Unless you have a transplanted 2 speed transfer case you should not need that special oversized knob.....

....however if you are referring to the shift lever near the driver,s left leg they are available at the TSC tractor shop.

Careful on the emergency brake handle..... because of your SM420 the handle may be different than the special cab 11 emergency handle.

Lots of parts for the cab 11/12 are different than the more plenty full cab 13.

On the fenders...checked mine which are all worst.... I would suggest you try your hand at removing the crease on the front corners..... yes you will need some heat but quite do-able in my opinion.
