Plastic sleeve? That was there in the sample. It is a modern substitute and is very flexible. When i checked that, I had to work at trying to separate the layers to feel the middle layer.
I had stressed to Irfan how important it was that the arms, chest and back have it. When we play field tacticals on rainy days ( rain is period!) we need the upper body waterproofing. I am very surprised if he didn't have that in. Let me email him and verify that. Jim
