No, It's not!. It's a waste of taxpayers money. It is a one eyed, govt. dept. saying "F. You" to the people it works for.
Where is the combined effort for the "greater good" of the people. It's about untouchable bureaucrats in safe jobs bludging their way through life.

If they had sold none to the public they might justify as some kind of security reason, but they (the disposals people) are running double standards.
