While it might fit a military vehicle, it is a civilian extinguisher as evidenced by the "distributed by the Waterloo insurance co".
The DND extinguishers could form a collection in themselves, with various versions having DND ARMY, Department of National Defense, and other similar ownership stamps or labels.

Yes, I had figured as much but knew a few fellows willing to settle until a proper one came along. Same opportunity here.  100% the first time rarely works with collectors of anything.  regards Darrell
