I would also suspect ground communications of some form at an RCAF Station.

The process probably has not changed that much over the years since 1956, so that begs the question: How are ground communications supported at today's RCAF Bases? Ramp, Military Police etc. Is the Control for all this ground communication integrated with air traffic in the tower or a separate facility?
