There are two versions of the junction block. One is typically used on the CMP rear axle and is flat. This version is readily available (including at Mac's). The other version has a bend in it and is typically on the front axle of CMP. I believe the bend is for added clearance between the brake hose and the tire as the truck is steered. The bent version is not as easy to find as the flat one. I will try to find photos of both.

The rear block can be found at https://www.macsautoparts.com/early_..._Brake+Systems and is probably still a stock item at parts suppliers under the Ford number 91T-2277.
