Looks to be for the M3 Grant/Lee tanks.
Quite similar but not exactly the same as the system used on the Staghound. Marco

The hydraulic motor is the same as on the Staghound armored car.
Attached photo from the motor in my Staghound. Nearly impossible to get a good photo from the dataplate.. Marco
