When the WS19 group archive comes back up after the holidays there's a copy of the manual that can be requested from there:

Doc 1675 Wireless Set No.19 Mk II (Aust.)
Signal Training Volume III, Aust. Pamphlet No 15, Wireless Set No 19 Mk II (Aust.), 1943

It's more like the Canadian and US manuals (in that it's got the circuit diagrams, parts lists, and suchlike) rather than the British "just enough for the operator to use the set" Working Instructions pamphlet.
