Thanks Fellas
Thanks Mike,

The control box on the jerrry can is yet another configeration

With the information I have found a manual

http://www.tuberadio.com/robinson/Ma...rovisional.pdf

This seems to be it alright. Mk2/2

Now to track down 4 huge trimmer capacitors,

Although I might try to get some static out of it first

.................................................. ..............

Thanks Chris, I think I joined the 19 group and the one in canada, Even posted photos a long time ago.
I have had a change of internet provider forced upon me and can't seem to be able to get back in.
I tried emailing ws19 re my password but never any reply.

Now days I am confused with Yahoo it's either needed not allowed or something

I will try again sometime and maybe download their manual

Oh dear, Although it won't take long to trace out, Ha Ha there is not much left to trace

.................................................. ............

Anyone, Where to get those trimmers and rubber 5 pin plugs and sockets.

There was a rubber molder in town, I must see if he still there and if he could mold some

And then to find some 6 and 12 pin plugs and sockets that are not £45 each plus post!

cheers rod

Default acid or water ?

I can see a stoneware jar in the background of the first pic in post #5 ( the operator handing the note over ) , Would the jar contain battery acid or maybe it is a jar of distilled water for the batteries ?

Ha Ha - "Won" that chassis for a lot less when it was relisted. Picked it up at Stoneleigh last weekend. An hour or two of dissembly, tin bashing, cleaning and repainting resulted in the B set tuning wheel having a new life in here...
