Here is the front and rear of a standard Corbin key that came with some NOS padlocks. This key matches the dimensions in your post. I believe the number stamped on the key matches up to markings on the lock itself and on the paper envelope that each lock came in.

The Wire-3 seems to use the standard padlock on the stowage bins and possibly again in the desk for the drawer.
