Part no 5266686 fits the format for a Chevrolet/GM part number.
The T18 Boarhound 8x8 was a GM (Yellow Coach) product but I have usually seen it described as "heavy" rather than "light".

Based on the parts book for the C60X, part number 5266686 is a "bearing kit, crankshaft (.020 undersize) so it is probably common to other vehicles using the 270 CID engine.
