The PRC-25/77 series is truly an amazing piece of kit design! It’s versatility snuck up on me over many years. From the basic back pack setup, you can add to the kit with so many options, including a 150 foot longline horizontal aerial. Sitting in the 6 metre Amateur Band, things are pretty quiet there, unless you own an older generation cordless phone or baby monitor, but the set can talk to the C42 Set and the American RT 66/67/68 series sets with no problem.
