4.5 How
I agree with Chris: 4.5 inch howitzer with pneumatic tyres/wheels.
The position of the elevation wheel (the prominent wheel on the left side of the carriage) and traversing wheel just visible behind it, together with the curved shield, all point to 4.5 inch How. The top flap of the shield is in the folded forward position and is out of sight with only the four hinges visible along the top edge of the lower/main shield. Nice image. Lots of interesting detail in the background. Mike
