I have an OM + M Mk1 which I am currently trying to resurrect / rebuild. Can anyone advise how to safely remove the field coils from the crank ? I need to remove the crank to do a thorough job and replace the ball bearing in the case, which is fuggered

I have tried to upload a picture, but as I am using an apple device, the forum won't allow it
