You might check any system cleaner such as an AVG app or a stand alone like CCleaner and make sure you have not checked one of the auto-clean boxes or the box for "Clean on shutdown" or something similar.
As Tim says you should get an idea if you lose other auto log-ins you might have as well such as Gumtree or Ebay. Even if you do not have the "Clean password" box checked it will remove many of them anyway causing a re-entry next time like you have now. I lose passwords for this site, Gumtree and Ebay every clean (CCleaner) although I ask it not to. Lang
