This is the second inquiry this weekend about this particular manual after no interest for years. I don't have stock of this manual reproduced. It has quite a few foldout pages larger than 11x17 so is a bit awkward to print at Staples or other neighbourhood printshop. I need to get a price for the other member who asked and will let people know.
