Written to the SDG and Westminster Museums and both emails failed. These were

For what it’s worth, the SDG Scout car appears to have one too many numbers in its Census Number. There are typically seven digits after the ‘Z’. This vehicle has eight.

The last photo posted showing the back of a Dragoons vehicle is interesting. Note rear bumper is missing, as well as what appears to be hinges along the whole width. A tactical marking of X3 would indicate it's from the LAD unit as found in their War Diary, though the chart has X5 as the White Scout Car:

Don't have any photos to add to the discussion, but did find a couple WD numbers for a pair of M3A1's in the 2nd Cdn Corps HQ. These are:

CZ4258151 Lt General G G Simonds
CZ4258127 Brig A B Mathews
