So, so not much of a "theft" per se rather than a crappy packing job...
I just received damaged goods from a seller due to his packing job. Must just be me, but I always overkill the shipping container to make sure any of my buyers goods arrive in the same way as I send them  Such a shame, too, especially when sending odd or rare items
