Yes Robin, that’s where I purchased it. About a month ago there were skids of 24 cans each on gc surplus. I think that Cardon Tools bought them, the young man in the store said that the warehouse was full of them.

So, over the last few years the stocks that were held at the federal level through Emergency Preparedness Canada or who ever they morphed into have been shedding kit and property.

There has been a host of gear sold, most of great quality and often based on a milspec.

Cardon Tools (no relationship ties) have bought stock and their website and FB account are well worth watching as things change so quickly.
