Your truck, chassis 38443S01368, was RAAF 207664, a 'Truck, Crane, General Purpose'. (The RAAF clerk had entered the 'S' as a '5', in the register, by the way).

It was taken on charge on 21 Oct 1944, and sent for disposal on 29 September 1954.

The GP crane was also called a 'Truck, Heavy, Crane, GP' by the RAAF - they were pretty inconsistent with their nomenclature.
