Hi
Good luck but it's like searching for the proverbial. A chap on the hmvf is into the ww2 water trailers and the accessories , the filters and pumps are scarce items

Yes I know, unfortunately. I've recently been lucky enough to obtain two serviceable hand pumps, but am missing the top cap from one. I will probably need to look at fabricating a top cap, but thought I'd give MLU a try first on the off-chance. All the components that make up the hand pumps are cast brass, and having felt the weight of them it's easy to understand why they are so difficult to find; methinks the post-war scrap merchants did very well out of them! ![]() Owen.
