Default Bolt head marking

I am currently disassembling a 1951 chev panel built in Oshawa Ontario. The rear crossmember has two bolts through the top of the frame and the remainder are rivets. The bolts are original to the truck as the body would need to be removed to access them. Here are pictures showing the markings. I know that this is post war, but if these bolts are found on a cmp, they may be original.
