CGT chassis with full cab?

Sometimes it pays off browsing through an album with pictures showing "Canadians in England" taken in March 1944. Many of these picture we have seen before, the ones posted here we have not. There were, evidently, at least two more CGT's were converted to carry a compressor: H4217218 and H4217239. They still sport their H-census number denoting they were built as a tractor initially.

The one on top of this page has the same style of rear body, though that one is fitted with a full Cab 13, rather than the CGT cab blanked off as one the two pictured here.

Who has more information about these conversions?

If anything, they give today's restorers a rebuilding option for many of the CGT's surviving without the Gun Tractor body.
