Hi Mariano,
It is 8 1/4" high and exactly 9" in diameter. Yes, good ones are getting hard to find. The old oil and water that is left inside them often eats out the bottoms. The clamp may be easier to find. I looked at the parts manual and both the clamp and clamp screw are generic Ford part numbers (no asterisk in front of them) Unfortunately the air cleaner is unique to Ford CMP vehicles- part No. *C29Q 18205 so doubt if any after market Ford parts sellers would reproduce them.
