Default Ford CMP- Parts common to all models

Good point Tony.

I have used the early pattern Ford Illustrated Army Parts catalogue 1940-1941 on a few occasions to check commonality amongst the various models. It is available on EBay on CD-ROM.

Unlike the Cab 13 Parts Manuals you don't need every model's Parts List to check the part numbers for commonality. The various models are arranged in tabular form against the part number.

There could be some traps, but for the most part I have found it handy info even for my cab 13. I used it recently comparing parts for the single and dual range transfer cases.
