"WD no. A1207004, to Australia Issued AMF no. A1207004, changed to AMF no. 1207004, should then of being issued with one or two AMF numbers" Maybe you can match the engine nr. to one listed in the ARN books


50219 to 50251 are all refugee K2Y Ambulances . Various other refugee vehicles like WOT2D, Morris Portee, Albion, Bedford are listed. 'Refugee' refers to vehicles headed for places like Malaya or Singapore, but the ships were diverted to Australia.

I suspect that about 70 arrived in Australia, which would be equal to one unit.
most likely with the 2/3rd AFA, on the stepsister convoy.but a guess.
