Value depends on a lot off things but at first most important is if are white 160ax or international red diamond 450.

Is there a market for Halftrack engines? Yes.
Where is it? Wherever there are running Halftracks.
How much is a rebuild worth? As much as the seller wants, and the buyer has to spend.

But, in Canada there are fairly few running Halftracks. Most seem to sit because tracks are more perishable than engines.
