Default " guy-quods "

Guy Quad reference

Interesting the advert by Vic Drew. The business was still running well into the 1980s, his son Bill kept it running, a treasure trove of disposals stuff. I bought the nos CAB 11 windscreen's at Drews.

Default Vic Drew

I remember Drew's yard on Footscray Road before they moved. They had Weapons Carriers stacked up 3 high.

Hi Graeme

Yes they had a few dingy small yards dotted around that part of Melbourne. Bill took myself and a friend around to a small yard , there were Chev CMP main wiring harnesses by the dozen in the sealed boxes. . Bill said they had a petrol station at one time in the early 50s. All gone now . I believe Bill kept a small shop open into the 2000s but doubt he would be around still now. I went to the main yard a few times . They had calenders for the special customers
