Default Trico washer kit

I did some Goofle searching with the company name and various key words. The manually operated pumps don't seem to be a thing anymore. Lots of generic offerings for electrically driven one though.

Maybe Trico has a similar generic one in the catalogues, but named something else?

For reference; here is an example of the rigid plastic fluid reservoir. I estimate the capacity to be approximately one liter, maybe a bit more.

Default washer fluid

Partially relevant - washer fluid used to be issued in 1 qt bottles of concentrate, not large ready to use jugs. I remember my father coming home from some weekend in the reserves, and having these small bottles for the car.

I have never seen the plastic bottle that Wayne shows. I suspect it may have been a local item. I have seen some Jeeps that had a foot valve that powered the washer.....but not widespread and I certainly never saw a CFTO about them so again possibly something that was local purchase.

The most thorough windshield washer thread available. I should note that these are covid times and some of us may have extra time!

Item number 4 is a hard plastic grommet, I assume intended for the large diameter suction hose as it passes through the firewall.

Item number 6 is a plastic debris screen/ strainer.

Also of note is that the inlet suction hose is a larger diameter than the outlet pressure hose

I have attached a mock up of the assembled parts.

Default windshield wiper fluid bottle

I have both the bag and the bottle on my M38a1.

My M38A1 was initially at Petawawa, then after it was rebuild in Montreal, it was sent to Kingston.

Thanks
Eric

Hi Eric, could you please post a picture of the mounting bracket for the bag?
