1941 Ford Marmon-Herrington Crash Tender

Here's a period picture of one of these "Truck, 3-ton, 6x6, Crash Tender (Ford/Marmon-Herrington MM5-6)", courtesy of Ted Heinbuch:

Crash truck built for the Royal Canadian Air Force as seen below. Those rigs were built with a Ford cab and chassis. Marmon Herrington made the front axle drive, Welles-Thornton made the rear tandem drive, Thibault made the rear body and American LaFrance provided the CO2 hose reels.
