Time to revive this thread and scrub up our knowledge about Dodge designations.

I've seen quite a few of the little grey covered Drivers Handbooks for the T110-L models, the books probably arrived with the trucks that were delivered to Australia from Canada. The cabs were designed to split into two pieces, maybe this was done for easier shipping, in a box.
I cant recall seeing a T110-L with the military divided rims. Maybe the surplus dealers here changed the wheels to the civilian style 20" wheels ? They are nowhere as common as a CMP is , but I have seen a few. A nice one turned up at Corowa years go, it was finished in a strange gloss bright blue with RAAF markings - it was a barn find , it had been given the 'beauty treatment' with a quick spray job and it was for sale. I've not seen a D15 here. At least one surplus dealer was selling them with the army wheels . 1946 advert Queensland Advert for the 7 Ton semi-trailer version.
