Not sure how many others are so immature that they watch Southpark, but in the episode "Red Mans Greed" they cover SARS, which is only 98% survivable. In the end....yep, chicken soup.
Of course, being Southpark, they will insult many races and people in a single episode. I'm not sure how it would come across to foreign viewers who might not be as aware to the various cultural and historic references.
