I would beat the bushes of the Canadian Forces Museums through Directorate of History and Heritage. It is possible, someone has a box of parts under a bench that they don't know what to do with. Your restoration project is a very worthwhile effort.

Thanks gents. I have the bearing/booster cones sorted. Now scrounging for the jackets. Will have the regiment reach out to DND museums.
