I was at CANSEC trade show two weeks ago and saw some prototype commercial GM vehicles they were flogging for the next round of vehicles to replace the G-Wagens and MilCots Silverado trucks, which of course replaced the LSVW and six variations of GM and Dodge commercial trucks. The examples on show were a US Army Infantry Squad Vehicle and the flat unmounted chassis for a hybrid fuel vehicle. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infantry_Squad_Vehicle

The 21-page *.pdf gives the specifics of the four-five-six types of vehicle the CF hopes to buy, including a combat vehicle (think open door Humvee or British Jackal 2), infantry section carriers, a cable and wire layer, and something for Individual Training. I note the CF is back looking for utility trailers.
