Ford Cab 12 FGT interior
Because all bodies were made by one manufacturer they are mostly identical inside - the difference is as you mention in the dash, engine cover and steering wheel which are standard Ford Cab 12 items. I took these photographs at the Mitchell Annexe to the Australian War Memorial of their FGT which was restored by Lloyd McCarthy who painted it in a desert scheme rather than the camouflage it wore when it came to Australia as refugee cargo.
