Hi Jordan
I cheated, compared with the original design.
I experimented to started with trying to do it correctly, but I simply could not get the metal moved first one way and then back around without everything bulging out. I found I really need a Shrinker/Stretcher for that.
I opted to make each end in "three" pieces, a central lid, the wall and then a outstrip, and then spotwelded everything together, then a lot of filing and griding, to remove excess material and creating the shape of a folded edge.
