Default Looks Good

Hi Niels

Looks good and a very important part of the cooling system. If the cooling system is air tight these recovery tanks do a lot more than preventing coolant from ending up on the ground. The tanks keep the radiator full, full of coolant, on my Pattern 12 C60L on a warm day 80F that means 1/3 - 1/2 liter is push into the tank and drawn back into radiator every heat cycle.

On all three of my CMPs you can tell the tanks are doing their jobs keeping the radiators full, I deliberately run my recovery tanks 1/2 full of coolant. Installing the coolant tank on the Pattern 12 also coincided with solving a chronic overheating problem.

Cheers Phil
