Date [ca. 1942] Australian Corps of Signals equipment, Centenary of Victoria All-Electrical Exhibition, 1935 Crew viewing magnetic jeep which picks up nails Date [1944?]Fifth United States Army Air Force Command Depot, located in northern area of Australia during World War II. Back in the 1970s I bought a slatt grill Jeep from a guy at Albury: DOD 31st Dec. 1941 . Under many layers of green paint I found a US star and a blue number on the bonnet - 2032??0 Could this be my Jeep ? I have the number written down somewhere.

Presentation of 2 panel vans at Merton Hall by Presbyterian soldiers Welfare Association for use of Presbyterian padres I.E. padres.
Date [ca. 1943] [Australians in the R.A.F. operating on the Burma front] The old chap over the road from ( now passed on ) me was a navigator in the RAAF, he was in a RAF B24 squadron based in India. A pic of him is in the AWM pics. [Australian troops on Labuan Island, North Borneo]
