Terry, the registration of the ramtank.ca domain lapsed a long time ago. The domain is now in the hands of a registrar (basically a broker in internet domain URLs), see https://whois.domaintools.com/ramtank.ca

Only the cached version exists at The Internet Archive... https://web.archive.org/web/20180315...://ramtank.ca/

Have you tried contacting Clive Law's son? He may still have the website files? If so, I can look into hosting them online.
