Hello Jordan.
That is an interesting set of photos you have in Post 216. They raise a lot of questions. What Canadian Army units were based in the Hastings area in 1942 that would have been equipped with, or servicing, Otters? Was Harold Road on part of a regular route to or from the base for said unit, or was this vehicle just out for a road test or sight seeing? Why does it appear these Otter photos do not seem to show either A-Set or B-Set aerial installations on it, or the Bren Gun Mount at the front of the Turret? I like your shirt, by the way. David |
