Thank you Alex .As for the passenger side tool locker a spacer is necessary because of the spare wheel well hence it is not flush with the box .

Self explanatory. Question remains : Was it to prevent losing tools and equipment when rolling around with the generators doors open or was it to prevent theft ? A : Maybe a little bit of both .

Default Antenna Brush guards

Making antenna brush guards is not an easy task . Bending that tubing without it collasping on itself is near impossible !Will continue on this on Monday .

Let me introduce you to Dorrick the master welder . Without his help i would be a cowboy without a horse . In the forefront the overbuilt , heavy , bullet proof 1 Gallon oil can locker . It goes on the left side ( passenger side ) of the truck rear and is bolted to the jerrycan locker . Thanks Bruce Parker .

Pack the tube full of dry sand before bending? (That was the usual approach to bending copper tubing if you didn't have a "pipe bending spring" of the appropriate size.)

Default Antenna protectors

We made a final batch of antenna protectors today . A good thing i had a complete good set of originals to copy . On the bottom right the spare tire holder .
