I was speaking to Perry Kitson of London ( Carrier owner ) who was lamaneting the fact that his insurance carrier would not sell him liability coverage as he did not have a tag for his vehicle.

The insurance folks and the Ministry of Transportation better not ever get into the same room - the buggers would not know who to blame then!
