I think it's a chev judging by the mirror arms, but since the mirrors and headlights appear to have been changed, who knows if the arms are original. It also appears to have had a product improvement in that the petrol filler neck was extended. The originals were a bugger to fill, with a short neck buried well underneath the tool box.
