You're quite right. Was the photo taken in or near Krabbendijke, or even Oud-Krabbendijke? We need local knowledge and research into unit histories and the like.

The troops seems to have largely followed the Rijksweg (main state road) which ran through Krabbendijke in the 1940 and is now mostly the N289 road.
