You are a day late. One sold yesterday at auction here in Canada (Bruce Parker's). It was one of the more expensive items in the auction, fetching around $5000 Cdn once fees and taxes are added.

Default Free set

I gave an Aust. built 11 set to David P in Canada , free. I often wonder about where the set ended up as it would probably be the only Australian built 11 set in Canada.

Most of the components and valve (tube) line-up in the Australian version are unique, almost nothing will swap over or fit into a UK or Canadian built version.

During the war there was a shortage of 11 sets in Canada for training purposes so the gov't brought back 200 sets from the UK. Where they are now is anybody's guess. The two I had were s/n C95 & C632. All the equipment in the photo at the Stanley Park Armory in Vancouver was lost when the building burnt down.
