David,

I am not sure if you are wanting to paint a scale model, or if you just want a ready made spray can so you can paint an ammo box or something without the hassle of cleaning a spray gun(?)
If it's the latter, some of the MV part suppliers here in Europe sell paint in tins and spraycans, which includes "Mat no. 3", which is close to SCC2. I've heard these cans are in fact french camouflage colours.
Fosco also sells spraycans labelled as "service brown". I have no idea if either of these are available in Canada, though!
