This may be a year late, but I just read your post and here is some of what your looking for:

98th (Surrey & Sussex Yeomanry) Field Regiment, R.A.

In Italy:

- made up of: 391, 392 and 471 Fd Btys, RA
- AoS Serial: '338'
- Fmn Sign used: Eighth Army
