Numbers
The Canadian DND records do not show the number sent to Australia and Egypt but I am guessing here:
AUSTRALIA 1942 D60-L T-110-L-5 Serials # 91021501-91025100 EGYPT: 1942 D60-L T-110-L-4 Serials # 91018501-91021500 although some of the Egypt [Alexandria] deliveries evidently ended up being issued to the AIF and thus many must have gone on to Australasia.
