The 12.00 tyres we get fit straight on without modification to the rims - they used to be plentiful due to the large numbers of ACCO trucks in use by the army here. On a Ford the right front tyre will polish the end of the pitman arm in tight turns but is OK on a Chev as in this shot of Euan's CGT:
