Default re. mud flaps

This may be of some use. I kept the originals from my tray and made new copies. Sizes in metric, give or take a millimetre.

The metal square part, 407 mm wide by 345 mm deep. 3mm thickness

5 holes in the top 15mm from edge to centre, holes line up with the captured nuts on your tray/box.

Fold at 40mm down to achieve your arch. aprox 30 degrees

Bar/stay from flap to tool box is 120mm long by 38mm wide. (This will give you your angle to fold the arch)

Strap to hold canvas flap on is not original on mine as there is still bits of rubber in there. (Latter Aussie army mod pehaps)

Sorry, no idea on the canvas sizes but some fellows down here have sewn steel bar into the bottom seam to keep them down.
